Return Policy:

Returns/Exchanges

These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

Unwashed, Unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to any US location within 30 days of original purchase date with receipt. Morgan's Cove Nautical Clothing Co. stores require valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt

Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 31 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check or e-check* and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase online or in stores.

A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt online or in stores.

*Morgan's Cove Nautical Clothing Co. accepts your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs, and applicable statet taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.

Returns Without a Receipt

Morgan's Cove Nautical Clothing Co. stores require valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt.

Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid of order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or mail check.

Swimwear Returns

All swimwear returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for a return.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return any Morgan's Cove Nautical Clothing Co. Online purchase by mail:

Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Morgan's Cove Nautical Clothing Co., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
